Black Rain Ordnance CNC machined Fallout15 (AR15) stripped billet lower.  This is neither a 'rifle' or a 'pistol'.  It is a 'receiver' -- a 'firearm'.  It can be assembled into either a rifle OR a pistol.  The anodized skulls lower will match perfectly any anodized skulls BLACK RAIN FALLOUT15 upper receiver -- great if you already have a skulls upper and want to assemble another lower to match.
