Black Rain Ordnance CNC machined Fallout15 (AR15) stripped billet lower in NorGuard finish.  This is neither a 'rifle' or a 'pistol'.  It is a 'receiver' -- a 'firearm'.  It can be assembled into either a rifle OR a pistol.
