This is one awesome upper!  The wedge lock rail and upper from Mega fit PERFECT.  And the adjustable gas block from Superlative Arms is the best on the market, allowing you to tweak the amount of gas entering the carrier with just the click of the supplied wrench with apx 15 usable 'settings'.
